My husband just got my order home after waiting there for half an hour and we discover that the deep dish isn't even done. The crust is doughy, the onions are still raw, and the cheese isn't even melted. I live 3 minutes away and its barely warm in the middle. It's inedible. Additionally, they shorted us a 2 liter and 2 marinara sauces. Not impressed. I want to support the local businesses, but keep getting burnt.
Hot & Ready did us fine. The service was cool giving my granddaughter some cookies!
Why can't you get a pizza with no cheese (lactose intolerant) and sub another ingredient? Was charged $10.50 for 3 meat and black olives with no cheese! Order #42937
This business is also our friend ~ next door neighbor. What sets this location apart is the owner/management & employees. They work together as a family despite obstacles. They even made a specialty thin crust for Smokey Joe & our family
