Worst pizza takeout experience I've ever had. Ordered on the app, get told order will be ready at 6:25pm. Get there and they say, "We never got your order." Then after another 15 mins goes by, ask again about my order and if they were making it. Then they magically were able to reprint the receipt and make it. We didn't walk out with our food till 7:12. Order was correct, prompt for time I set and was made with care. Fast, professional service.
The pizza is okay, and the customer service ranges from awful to decent. But I’m giving it 5 stars because no matter where you are in America, Little Cesar’s is CONSISTENT and the quality of their product and service is totally ACCEPTABLE for its price. A large pizza for $7, assembled in minutes by a crew getting paid $10/hr? WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? I’ll never stop buying it.
Tried to get a hot and ready stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes with nothing being said to me know the girl with dreads saw me and another person waiting…. No I’ll be with you… give me a minute… nothing… better customer service would be great.
