Act like u wasn't even there
The food is ok. The employees are abysmal.
This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever encountered. I even tried them several times to see if the experience was just a one off but it's bad every time. Tonight I ordered delivery for the 1st time. The chicken is cold and old. They gave me an extra pizza I didn't even order. I didn't get the crazy puffs I actually ordered. When you go into the actual store, nobody is friendly. This place needs a change in management and a change of every employee
Walked In and everything was going good, like a regular day. Yet, when I went to order my food my conversation with the woman was immediately interrupted by two men in the back choosing to quarrel about remaking a pizza one of them messed up. Things quickly escalated into a confrontation about wanting to go outside to fight it out. Absolutely the worst place to order food within a hundred miles of Ruston LA. The employees actually broke out in a fight while I was waiting. The lady working the counter called management and asked for assistance, and was told no. I ordered and the online portal displayed that my order was ready, I sat for over an hour waiting along with several other unhappy customers. The place is filthy and ran like it’s going out of business SOON!! I would have left but you are forced to pay online.
