I normally do not write bad reviews but on top of the waiting almost 30 min for a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks what I just witnessed has me Baffled.. The young ladies at the register are polite.. my sister and I went in for a few pizzas my sister got her oder right away, after her i placed my oder they told me it was going to be a 10 to 15 min wait, I was fine with that. my oder was placed at 8:50 (I still have my receipt) while waiting a few people continued to place orders till 9.. just at 9 they told 2 people of color... read more
HALF A STAR. Pizza was made wrong the first time when picking it up. Had them remake it. Wasn’t cut at all, I had to cut it myself. Super wet for some reason. And raw dough. I don’t know if it’s because they had to remake the pizza they messed up on but this is nasty. And the people are nasty. They refused to help for a refund or a remake pizza. The customer service is decent and the pizza is usually good, but lately its like whoever is making and cutting the pieces doesn't know what they're doing. Got 2 pizzas tonight and both were cut ridiculously and weren't even cut all the way through. I know its not that hard to cut it ourselves or whatnot but if that's part of your job then it should be done right. If I wanted a square cut pizza I would order deep dish or thin crust.
We always loved our pizza but lately our pizza is a mess. Last week only sauce on one side of pizza and today I ordered 3 pizzas and the cheese was over cooked and crust burnt. I am so disappointed, I hope they can step it up. D. Ball
Ripping ppl off claiming $5 hot n ready!! Yea right the last 4 times I've been the oven is full of $6 pizzas they say its a 7min wait on the $5 pizza. HOLD ON That ain't what ya slogan is and what it says on the door!! Scamming bastards. Y'all know ya dead wrong. Change that mess to $5 hot not ready..... 7 min wait!!!!. Get it together!!
