We love the convenience of this Little Caesar’s here in Longmont! They have excellent staff and food always hot and ready. Shoutout to John for always hooking it up and providing amazing customer service and conversation. Quality is always on point too, get those Crazy Puffs!
Worst Little Ceasars by far. Don't order here especially if it's delivery. They have the Worst costumer service EVER!
Just got home with my Italian cheese bread after a long day at work and it’s not even close to edible. I can only assume that it’s been there, sitting in the warmer all day, it’s so dry and hard I’ve completely lost my appetite. I also didn’t receive my full order, missing 2 sauces I paid extra for. Totally bummed, wish I had spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Hopefully management will see this review and reach out to me with some customer retention skills. No high hopes.
As a former employee of the company I’m a bit more judgmental for the business practices. But at 2:30 Monday 8/18 I received the best costumer service ever. The lady who I’d guess would be in her early 50’s was attentive and knowledgeable and friendly. I normally found it hilarious that the company would suggest tips especially knowing how underpaid the employees are but I happily gave a tip for my interaction today.
