Food was cold, there was a long line at the shop. All prepping workers were on point but food keep stacking because girl at register refused to go outside and take care of customers. Even when other employees were telling her to take care of customers.
The pizza was undercooked - dough was gooey and seemed almost raw. The employees were friendly enough, but they seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed, with multiple customers standing and waiting for a long time.
The food is good and the staff is wonderful!
I dont even know why I bother coming here. I order online, thinking my food will be ready. Everytime, they tell me another 10 to 20 minutes. Food is never ready on time. The people working in the back yelling at eachother. Cashiers quit because they cant get it together. Dont even bother coming here during football season.
