Scheduling and communication with Trina is great. Brian has tuned up 3 bikes for me, done a break adjustment, and a break bleed. It makes it so easy that he comes to me, as a mom it is extremely difficult/nearly impossible to take a bike or bike(s) and 2 small kids to a bike shop. The prices are extremely reasonable, much cheaper than some of the local bike shops. Highly recommend little bus bikes!
Awesome to deal with and set up a time quickly. Why lug your bike to the shop?
A very nice man from the company came out to my house to give my bike a new back tube. He did a great job. He was super nice and on time. Even though the bike is very old, he made it as good as new
Very polite and great service! It was awesome that they came to my dad's house to fix his bike.
