Wonderful for young children – My 5-year-old neice's trip to Texas involved two objectives: to ride a horse and meet a real cowboy. And this she did and more at the Lil Buckaroo Ranch. I searched for a place for her to ride a horse but was afraid I would have to buy an expensive lesson for her to do so. Beware!!! – I booked my son's birthday party at Little Buckaroo Ranch in April (almost 4 months ahead of time). Wednesday before the party I realized there was a 60% chance of rain so I contact LBR to find out what happens if it rains thinking they probably had an indoor barn that could be used. Miriam's (owner) response was that if it was raining the morning of she would call me and we'd have to reschedule for another day.
