We simply asked why the diagnostic fees were being stacked for separate issues instead of being bundled or explained clearly. Rather than walking us through the pricing, they refused service entirely. It felt like asking questions was treated as a problem. I’ve never experienced that kind of response at a repair shop before. Definitely left with a bad impression, would recommend anywhere else
We were refused service and told to take our car to another shop simply because we asked questions about the diagnostic pricing. It's disappointing and unprofessional to be turned away for trying to understand the costs involved. Definitely would not recommend based on this experience.
Beyond disappointed. Avery told me that they would have to charge me 250 to Diagnose EACH issue for my car….also was just kinda rude when I asked if there was an option for an all encompassing diagnostic/check like most places and then told me if other places offered better to go there because he was “more than busy enough”
Avery and the mechanics did a great when my car had engine trouble. He was transparent about the repair, time it would take, costs and gave me options about what had to be fixed and what could wait.
Thanks for getting me a new battery so I can keep driving!
