Overpriced and constantly nickel and diming. One employee was about to charge us $50 for coolant until another stepped in and gave it to us for free. That alone says a lot. Found a cheaper place that was nicer
Getting engine work done and having both the knowledge to know if we are getting the right work done and for the right price is something many of us may not be educated enough to easily do. There's plenty of businesses who may take advantage of that lack of knowledge or charge based on zip code.
