Drove half an hour to this shop not realising you needed an appointment. No customers in the shop, a customer supposedly arriving in 5 minutes for an appointment . 3 young assistants in there and one appointment due. Not allowed to try anything on, no communication whilst in there and definitely a feeling of judgement when you walk in. Looked at the dresses which most are very poor quality with rips in. Definitely avoid and go somewhere else.

I came in for a university ball dress hire and I had the most lovely experience with Tami. She was absolutely gorgeous and recommended me some beautiful dresses. I highly recommend Tami and LBD to anyone searching for the perfect dress for any event.
