Had a terrible experience, cancelled last minute. Tried to book me in with someone else, but because they told me not to get a mental health plan that would incurred a higher fee. Not to mention I gave up a community health booking because I had this. So I now don't have a mental health plan or a booking to see someone because of little black duck. I couldn't go lower than one star. Update- staff contacted after this review; now trying to get my to change bookings that can't be changed and I need to attend and there solution... read more
Really great place with friendly reception staff and amazing therapists (Who are very and patient and understanding with my constant lateness) I love that they always have a puzzle in the waiting room and that you can even bring your dog. I would definitely recommend Little Black Duck! Thanks Team!
