This place is an ABSOLUTE scam, took my $400 Rat & Boa dress here because they advertise their "expertise" in leather. When they gave me my dress back, the color turned a complete different color. The leather details on the dress were crunchy, parts of the dress had several ink bled splotches due to the incorrect washing process. This is by far the worst dry cleaning service ever. I brought my Burberry trench coat and scarf for dry cleaning because I spilled soup and I’m not sure how I got stains on my coat. When I picked up my coat and scarf, I was horrified to find out that the sleeves of my coat were stapled, my coat still had stains on them, and my scarf tassel came undone and was mangled.
