Little Bird have been an amazing property manager for us. They provide accurate and on time reports and balances, which makes our accounting easier. They are responsive when issues arise regarding maintenance, tenants, etc., and they are always helpful. Lauryn has been a pleasure to work with. Best one in the Canberra market.

Their work advocates for both tenant and landlord, simultaneously, which is pretty rare in my opinion.
