Easy five star review. I rented through Little Bird Properties and Zhanna was amazing from first applying for the rental through to the final inspection. Zhanna was friendly and very responsive if there was ever an issue. You could also tell Zhanna really cared about the properties she manages and was able to strike the right balance between looking after the tenant's needs while ensuring the property was taken care of on behalf of the owners.
