Excellent experience. I am a newcomer. You know how challenging it is to find a dream property for a new comer who doesn't have a local retan history and background. Not to mention some really bad experience like the agent does not show at all (The longest time we wait is one hour after the inspection time and the agent did not pick up phone and did not show at all. Little Bird have been an amazing property manager for us. They provide accurate and on time reports and balances, which makes our accounting easier. They are responsive when issues arise regarding maintenance, tenants, etc., and they are always helpful. Lauryn has been a pleasure to work with. Best one in the Canberra market.
