I switched my property over to Little Bird after my fantastic agent sold her rent roll. I’ve been happy with the service. They’ve been responsive and professional, and I honestly can’t fault them. As a former property manager myself, my standards are extremely high and Little Bird has absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and proactive property manager.
I will not be considering any properties through this company. After multiple failed attempts to reach out over the last few weeks about a property, I received an email back stating the property wasn't ready to inspect despite evidence to counter. A perfectly reasonable response.
