Dr. Figen and her staff are kind and warm hearted. I never have an issue when trying to get in contact with the doctor. All my concerns are always addressed and I love how they follow up to make sure everything is okay with the baby

If your looking for friendly and professional staff, little to not wait time very clean office. Dr Figen office is the office. She was very patient,friendly, very knowledgeable. My daughter loved it. So I'm switching my two other kids over to her.

I was referred to Dr.Figen by another doctor who works for Urgent Care in Union. I was not happy at all with my kids' pediatrician. Dr.Figen really loves and cares for your children. The best choice I ever made. She is truly thee best. I am grateful.. She is what you would expect from a doctor. Her staff is always pleasant and friendly as well. The longest I have ever waited might have been 5minutes no more than 10. She's amazing.
