Very kind staff, they make you feel included and comfortable. They explained what we were seeing when it was harder to see and gave us a lot of amazing pictures and videos!
While the scan itself gave us some great images, the overall experience was really lacking. We arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment and checked-in via the QR code, it wasn't until 30 minutes later that there was anyone at the desk to confirm that we were there for our appointment. There was another client in the waiting room who had been waiting longer than us and both our appointment times had already passed at this point. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your clinic in Bethesda. I visited your clinic yesterday for an ultrasound after learning earlier this week that my baby no longer had a heartbeat. This has been an extremely difficult time for me, and the purpose of my visit was to both confirm the diagnosis and obtain a clear image of my baby, since I was in shock during my original appointment and did not ask for any photos. Had a great experience! The staff is super welcoming. Got in the room both times within a couple of minutes of arriving. Baby gave her a hassle but overall loved the experience!
