First time and first impression, the facility itself was a bit worn out (scuffed walls, a bit dusty, limescale in the toilet, small details that add up and take away from a "spa" experience). Main lobby chairs were dirty and one was broken. We had to go back for a second time because the first time the lady forgot to give us the 3D images. I was about 15 weeks but in my opinion this would've been a better experience after 26 weeks for photo purposes. The package was over $100. The lady who did my ultrasound was so joyous and sweet. Something awesome about their services is that they can see the gender early, at 14 weeks! Also, they open on weekends and late at night, I appreciate their flexibility.
