We purchased an electric forklift on FB Marketplace from Little Bear Services for about 10k delivered in July 2022, stated "As-is but fully operational". When we went to use it in August it broke down on the first use. To RJ's credit, he did make some attempts to fix it in September (hence not a 1-star review), but when troubleshooting failed discussion turned to sourcing a replacement lift (a number of lifts were suggested by RJ then ruled out). Update: The actual situation and the way you personally managed it speaks directly to your business ethic. The business deal was hammered out and verbally agreed to by both parties. You requested a lease, I created a lease using a standard commercial lease template. Nothing outside our verbal agreement was added or removed. It was you who waited until 3 days before assuming the space to back out of the agreement. To me, that's terrible business ethics and is an indicator of how you run the business.
