We went fishing here last weekend, and ended up losing the power steering in our boat. Sunday morning, with impending check out at our condo, I frantically called the ramps owner, who answered, and helped us to pull the boat easily, which was fantastic when a trolling motor was all my buddy had to get to it from the dock. Ronnie and Donna Melton take customer service to the highest level. On Saturday, October 26, we rented one of their pontoon boats. My son, dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow, piloted my group of nine 77-78 year old friends around beautiful Aransas Bay on a picture postcard day. Prior to launch, Ronnie made sure my son was briefed on directions for our outing, double checked the number of life jackets (safety first), and they enthusiastically took pictures of our pirate crew. I cannot begin to explain my gratitude and appreciation . Donna and RONNIE were absolutely absolutely phenomenal. They were very sweet to my children, my wife and myself, from fishing tips, to great conversation. We are a customers for life.
We rented a nice bay fishing boat from Little Bay Marine and couldn't have been happier. Pricing was below what we expected to pay. The service was way better than we could've ever imagined.
