Expected professionalism, but did not receive it. Seemed to be a lack of communication between office staff and Sparky. I asked several times for specific information due to having a disabled person needing to come in and not wanting to inconvenience them any more than needed, but was only told 1 hour before the scheduled meeting that something additional would be required.
