No return calls I always thought that in a small town, people took care of their own so when I had work to be done, I called Little B. Good thing it wasn't an emergency! We will bill you when we're done.............. To make a long story short, Brian tells me he will bill me when the job is done - after I offered to pay him on the spot. He made two no-show appointments to come back and finish the job, where I sat at home and waited. Excellent Follow Up Recently I bought a condo and had to replace the Hot Water Heater. Initially I had bought one at Home Depot and arranged for them to install it. However, because of the type of material used for the piping at the condo the plumbers used by Home Depot were unable to do the job.
