For $180 they did a poor inspection of my vehicle where they completely misdiagnosed the problem i was having. They blamed my muffler rattling when it was the fact that my truck was 5 qts low on oil and i'll have another place figure that out. You would think they would at least check oil level if you complain about engine noise but they didnt even do that. At least the staff and waiting area were decent.
Excellent customer service!!!
Staff is often rude. Car came back with dust all over the dash from cabin filter. Appointment availability is often difficult to work with.
