They did a great job with our emergency walk in. We even got a card a few days after. We were very grateful for that.
Excellent place! We had originally took our baby Rosie to St. Bethlehem, where we were told to euthanize her. Wanting a second opinion, we came here. Sophie was the absolute best! Was there to explain every step along the way and thanks to this amazing clinic, Rosie has now been given a second chance at life
All about the money...protocol to come back in for evaluation on an eye antibiotic to switch from a salve to a drop. The issue is obvious so my dogs will be returning to their old vet. Only switched to these guys because they were mobile. They aren't anymore so it is what it is.
I cannot express enough gratitude toward Dr Naroo and her team. She worked flawlessly with the two other techs in the room. She was honest, and straightforward with the information that helped me make a life impacting decision on my dog. The tech who came in and took my dogs prints was immaculate. He was so kind and soft with Bandit. Not only did the doctor and tech comfort me, but they made the transition for my dog seamlessly. Complete rock stars. Professional, sympathetic & awesome customer service. Our kitty was behaving aggressively & they were still able to perform X-rays & administer medication without getting bit/scratched! Reasonable pricing & as busy as they were, we were done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much guys!
