This urgent care and their staff are absolutely incredible. Everyone was extremely patient and kind to us/ our dog. We brought our dog in for a non-emergent orthopedic concern and they didn’t downplay our concerns. Dr Pollard is a professional, patient and kind vet. Sierra was a super kind and helpful tech. Luna says thank you all!
While my spouse stated the vet/techs were awesome….. I calked the office every 1-2 hours today since 0900 to check my dog’s status. Started the process for care last pm and determined my dog needed surgery. Told to return today in preparation for surgery. Of note… my vet was out of town/ otherwise, I wouldn’t be doing this review. My dog has been there since around 0900.( it’s almost 1800). IN RESPONSE TO WHO COMMENTED ON MY REVIEW: Your response is exactly why I won’t be returning. No one expects an emergency clinic to predict when patients will arrive. Bringing that up completely misses the point. Every emergency veterinary hospital deals with unpredictable patient volume. That isn’t unique to your clinic, and it doesn’t excuse the experience I had. You mention staying after closing as though that’s something extraordinary. I don’t have enough words to thank Little Angels for what they did for my cat, Shiloh, but I’ll try. I was sitting in an emergency vet room in Nashville preparing to say goodbye because I couldn’t afford the cost of lifesaving treatment. This place saved my dog’s life. There was something missed on several repeated prior x-rays at another vet clinic, that shouldn’t have been missed, and this place caught it, and performed surgery same-day. They saved her. Dr. Hoskins was incredible, and one of the kindest veterinarians I’ve met, and very knowledgeable.
