We attended for a hearing test for my child. There was not a long wait for an appointment and the clinician was so patient and good with my son. He responded really well to them and the testing process, they never forced him to do anything he didn’t want to do. Everything was explained to me while doing the tests and the reasons behind each thing and we discussed the results. The report was done immediately after the appointment and sent to me. Little allied health are very supportive to myself and my child. Our needs are always met. We always feel welcomed by all, friendly staff with smiles on their faces. Thank you all, for all your care, time and hard work!
My two boys seen Sam for two different procedures. He was great with both. Alot of patience with my 4 year old, made it a fun engaging time for him. Then with my teenager also done a great job and also provided some information on how to help keep good ear health. Reception person (sorry forgot her name) but very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience and happy to use their services.
