Very helpful & positive assesment & assessor
My son has been seeing Jess since he was 6 months old, he absolutely loves his speech therapy sessions with her and looks forward to them each fortnight. We have also seen Lau, Sam and Nelli for Audiology and have found everyone at the practise wonderfully friendly, professional, efficient, organised and able to help answer any questions I've had or refer me where to go. They have been a great help communicating information to WCH and Hearing Australia as well. Recommend.
We attended for a hearing test for my child. There was not a long wait for an appointment and the clinician was so patient and good with my son. He responded really well to them and the testing process, they never forced him to do anything he didn’t want to do. Everything was explained to me while doing the tests and the reasons behind each thing and we discussed the results. The report was done immediately after the appointment and sent to me.
