Discovered leaking water heater on Saturday morning. No crisis, just a slow leak. I knew that Litteken Plumbing had done the install, so I called and left a detailed message with their answering agent and told them it was not an emergency. I received a callback from Ryan at 7 AM on Monday. Tech was on site before 8 AM. Old water heater out, a warranty replacement installed, and old water heater hauled away by 9:30 AM. It could not have been any faster or easier.
Dale arrived on time. He understood the problem right away and explained options to resolve issues. The new valves work great! Everything was done professionally and no mess at all. I installed a new faucet later today and the flow/pressure improved 10 times better!! Thank you Dale! Appreciate your help and advise! Highly recommend Litteken for any plumbing issues!
