Overall they did a good job. I especially liked how they replaced rotten wood around the gutter areas as needed. After the project I notice that the new wood was not painted or primed, so that new wood is going to deteriorate fast. I contacted the owner about this via email, but I never heard back. At the very least I could have primed the wood before installation.

Had my gutters done by Litt over a year ago. Estimate was the lowest of 3 and I liked that the owner was no-nonsense and knowledgeable. I waited a year to make sure all was well because I had them remove a downspout (go from 4 down to 3 on my rectangle house). Didn't know if I would end up with sagging gutters/water pooling in the spout-less corner, and here we are. All good. New gutters are awesome; no more leaky corners. No more annoying downspout on my patio/driveway.

Great quality and follow up. Did amazing work, and after a year or so I noticed a small issue. They came and fixed quickly with just one email. Will use again.
