We went to see Dr. Du over the summer due to my father’s condition. His office immediately scheduled an appointment. When we met Dr. Du, he was very friendly, compassionate and professional. He answered all our questions, gave great advice and is very knowledgeable. We were able to schedule a surgery very quickly. I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit with this Litong Du. He seemed disinterested and rushed through the appointment. It pretty much lasted 2 minutes. They barely listened to my concerns and provided vague explanations. I left feeling unheard and frustrated, and I certainly won't be returning to this practice.
