Been a long time LPC customer but a recent call in to order a pizza felt like a ripoff. Moving to AI bots to take my order is the opposite of home town pizza shop vibe. Let me talk to a real person. I dont think you realize how people enjoy genuine interaction with even a simple thing as a pizza order. Having your bot try to upsell me during my ordering and asking what dressing i want with my chicken caesar salads lends to a pretty irritating experience. Food isn't consistent
Fantastic pizza but they use AI when you try to call to place an order, so four stars.
First time here, great pizza, great subs. Lovely restaurant with very friendly service. Definitely coming back.
