This year was tougher than the rest of the year that was, struggling with a lot of credit card debt that my husband left when he passed away. I was in the verge of desperation and can't handle life's atrocities anymore when a friend of mine recommend them. I was so happy. I got fooled into debt consolidation before and paid enormous fees and I can't be any happier, they saved me a lot of money and actually did something. its literally a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have read the other complaints and feel it necessary to leave a review. I am a current customer and pay over $300. a month. They explained from the very beginning that the process takes time. They told me to expect to receive calls, letters and other communication from my creditors and to inform LPG of each one. I get a text message from them, my preferred method of communication every month. I can call and talk to someone and they schedule a call with a representative which I have never had any difficulties in receiving. ... read more

Very friendly and helpful employees. I called a few times to ask questions before scheduling an official meeting. They really dove in to detail with me on my current financial situation and we created a game plan to get me into a better position.
