I love the providers but the billing department rep by the name of Jennifer is incompetent and can get snappy. Called the day before my dear son’s appointment to say I have something going on with the insurance. Once I called back to clarify she states my insurance requires more information from me. OMG I soooooo glad I found this dentistry location. Our son has been going here since he was 2 (now he’s 3) and we switched our teenage daughter to this dentist last year and WE ALL LOVE IT/THEM. The staff is amazing from the time you check in until the time you check out. Both of our kids LOVE the experience not to mention they were really patient with our toddler. Only negative I can think of is: THEY ARE NOT A FAMILY DENTISTRY……lol, but they keep our kids teeth happy and healthy🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
