Quierra was absolutely brilliant towards my 6 year old son who hates anything that has to deal with dentists and doctors lol. She was very patient, gentle and very kind with him throughout the appointment.
Half the staff is friendly. The other half has attitudes like they really just don’t want to be here. Also, even though this is a pediatric dentist, they don’t have anything in the lobby that caters to children other than a TV that only plays SpongeBob. We do not watch SpongeBob in our household and never have. The procedures are inconsistent, like every time we go there’s a different process to prepare my daughter to be seen. I love the providers but the billing department rep by the name of Jennifer is incompetent and can get snappy. Called the day before my dear son’s appointment to say I have something going on with the insurance. Once I called back to clarify she states my insurance requires more information from me. After calling my insurance they needed more information from the provider for the.
