I had extensive old termite damage and dry rot to the mudsill of an old balloon framed house. Haven't had any construction done (yet ) but someone from the company just helped me load something heavy into my car at Lowe's in Ruckersville. I didn't ask for help, he just showed up and offered with a smile and kindness. I will definitely remember him and call here first for an estimate if I ever need work done!
