I had extensive old termite damage and dry rot to the mudsill of an old balloon framed house. Many contractors were scared to take on this job and we were getting desperate to find someone who could fit us in before winter snow storms. Haven't had any construction done (yet ) but someone from the company just helped me load something heavy into my car at Lowe's in Ruckersville. I didn't ask for help, he just showed up and offered with a smile and kindness. I will definitely remember him and call here first for an estimate if I ever need work done!
