Extremely disappointing experience. We waited over 3 months for our tile delivery, only to then be told the price had increased. Throughout the process, the delivery date was pushed back three seperate times, and each time we were simply told to wait and that someone would contact us - which never happened. Definitely would not recommend!! We recently purchased our pavers from this company for a pool area renovation. Unfortunately the pavers that were delivered were not the same colour and pattern as the pavers shown to us at the showroom and samples the company brought out to our house. Some pavers were also smooth which is not safe for a pool area and seem to have a different texture to others.
Rob and Bianca are very friendly professional and know there tiles well. Bianca has been so patient I’ve been few times to see what tiles would suit our pool project. They are always willing to help let us take samples home offered to come out with samples. Pricing reasonable also found there pool pavers are 30mm where as some other shops were only 20mm for the same price. Highly recommend before buying tiles pavers to go have a look.
Bianca was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products for our pool surround. Would recommend Lithic if you are interested in a quality product. Love our marble.
