2nd time we have had an oil change and they didn't fill the oil up. I drove 20 minutes away from the shop & my warning message read "add up to 1 1/4 qrts of oil". WTH. I paid $220 for an oil change.
I bought my mother a car here and emir was our sales person. He was amazing. Patient, kind, knowledgeable, all the things. The Finance manager Riley was also so amazing. Explained everything well and in a way that a normal person would understand it best product sales from a financial perspective ever. I have had my 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line serviced here several times since moving to Iowa in December 2021. The advisors are excellent in communicating vehicle status, recommendations, and have been great accommodating my work schedule. Edit July 2026: I have continued to have my car serviced here almost exclusively and Emrah Tabakovic has been my advisor on the majority of my visits up to 130k miles.
