Oil change. They were so great! Fast service
1 star for VW/dealer: someone should have notified me about the rear brakes being defective. There was a recall on my rear brakes but it was only covered until 25k miles and I had 28k when I came in for annual service so I was charged an unnecessary, overpriced charge for new rear brakes. VW should have covered the cost because I wasn’t due for service until 30k so there’s no way I would have known to get the brakes done under the recall. I don’t think I’ll buy another VW ever again which is disappointing.
Friendly staff
Took my car in to get some service done, they gave me a loaner car while my car is being serviced. One thing for sure they know how to communicate with you during the whole process, thank you Emrah for all you do.
