Took my car in to get some service done, they gave me a loaner car while my car is being serviced. One thing for sure they know how to communicate with you during the whole process, thank you Emrah for all you do.
I have had my 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line serviced here several times since moving to Iowa in December 2021. The advisors are excellent in communicating vehicle status, recommendations, and have been great accommodating my work schedule. Most recently I had the 50k service completed and was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours. Edit: August 2024 - had the 60k service completed in about 30-40 minutes. Emrah is awesome!
