Did not perform services they charged me for (didnt rotate tires, fill fluids, or change filters.) Quoted me 300, charged me 850. Liars and thieves.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at Lithia Toyota of Medford Service Center. I brought my car in on June 12 for its first 5,000-mile maintenance and also asked specifically to check and fix a punctured tire. I spoke with a service advisor named Zach, who confidently told me everything would be taken care of. About 30 minutes later, I got my car back and was told everything was in perfect shape. We had our 2012 Prius towed there 2 weeks ago after the engine started really rattling. They kept it for 2 days and said it either needed a new block or a new engine to the tune of $11,000. And charged us $400 to diagnose the problem. We had the car towed to Keith Schultz who charged us $700 to fix the problem and said that partmof that charge was because Lithia took off a lot of parts that didn't need to come off.
