I purchased the Lithia Lifetime Oil Change service, which states that oil changes are provided through Express Service, but in reality, it is not express at all. This location is always extremely busy. Today, even though I arrived at 8:40 a.m., I was told they were already full and could not do the oil change. I was asked to come back another day and leave my car for the entire day, which is not reasonable for a simple oil change. Appointments are also not available. Went in on a Friday of memorial day weekend and they took me right in. We bought our suv in Springfield OR. But recently moved to the Portland area.
