Very helpful in figuring out the correct part I needed when the Subaru of Portland gave me the incorrect part number.
They haug up on you and not much help
I have been a hobbyist Subaru mechanic for 20 years. I order almost all my OEM parts online and pick them up at this dealership. Matt in the Parts Department has provided the best customer service I have received from anyone anywhere for anything. He is extremely knowledgeable about Subaru systems and calls me immediately if my order does not make sense to make sure I ordered the correct parts for my repair. Very much appreciated, highly recommend.
Over the years we have purchased two cars from this place and both experiences were great! Highly recommend ✅
