This is long overdue, but the experience and the impression is still the same. I commend Russ Brown and Sarah for assisting us at the time we were deciding on getting a car and they truly deserve 5 stars. Just can't remember the name of the Love Encore gentleman who assisted us as well but overall good experience. Had the oil changed today and the service was excellent, no waiting and quick. Thanks Justin your customer service is outstanding, you explained everything and I really appreciate your help and the texting service was (which is new to me) very helpful and very informative. I didn’t have to wait in line for an explanation of what the findings were on my car.
My experience at Lithia started off well. Jamie, the salesperson, was fantastic—personable, patient, and great at communicating. He handed me over to David, the Finance Manager, to start the paperwork. It had been a while since I bought a car, so I wasn’t fully aware of what the Finance Manager should cover.
