I have the lifetime oil change, and I’ve got changes here for 22 years. when I arrived they said it would take 2.5 to 3.0 hours. I’m retired so the time doesn’t matter too much. However, another guy came in, he was getting his oil changed as well. He was done and gone in less than an hour. I don’t know if the difference in time was intentional because I had the lifetime oil change, but it seemed strange. BTW, my oil change took a little over three hours.
