We've been having our 1998 Subaru serviced by Lithia Subaru since we bought it, and dealing with Marvin and Bill in the service department ever since. They are two of the nicest people in Reno, and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They always take extreme good care of our car (they've even assigned a specific mechanic to our vehicle), and they are always prompt, fair, and upbeat. I would recommend Marvin and Bill to anyone, and we really wouldn't take our car anywhere else.
