Kevin made buying a vehicle fast and easy I was in and out . Told him what I wanted and had 3 options to choose from. I had a minor mishap in my credit and they had financing and all.. I will be going there for him & Lithia for all my vehicle needs from now on.
10/10 service if you want all around great service. the service department I’ve had nothing but a great experience gaylene is a rockstar her and Devon have handled everything above and beyond if you want a service department that has your back this is the one skye was my tech did excellent work on my truck and my jeep.Thank you!!!
I had previously had a not so pleasant experience with Lithia Great Falls so was very skeptical going in. I can happily say that Jeremy, Nick and Austin treated us top notch. Nick was very good at explaining things and was not pushy at all. He wanted us to do what we wanted to do!! We are very happy with our new Jeep!! Thanks guys and keep up the good work!!
The lady at the service desk was as about as pleasant as a hemorrhoid. The other person at the service wouldn't acknowledge my presence. Between the two of them, I couldn't have felt more welcome (extreme sarcasm). If I had another option, I would have taken it, but I didn't, so I had to suffer through their idea of what customer service is.
I’m very pleased when I went in to trade our pickup in! Kathie Rohden did amazing and will be back in the future to do business with her. Our first time we came here wasn’t very pleasing, but she changed it around!!! We are taking off with a dream truck.
