Terrible experience going into lithia great falls. The staff in the auto department are always short tempered and act like it's a burden to help their customers. I had a air bag replacement and I wanted my driver side door fixed but they only wanted to up-sell a flush and a sparkplug i had just gotten a flush from PointS downtown and work on a misfire. Idk maybe it was necessary but I feel used and scammed out of 1k plus they damaged my passenger side door it doesn't work at all now and I'm afraid to take it back to lithia o... read more
