I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and Joseph was amazing! He was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire visit. He made the whole process easy and made sure I was well taken care of. His customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was. I highly recommend asking for Joseph if you’re getting your vehicle serviced!
Service department quite busy,Long waiting period even with appointment ,the service was performed excellent,friendly very dedicated staff in providing the best customer experience possible . The vedio they provided was very informative.
I took my 2023 Rogue in to get some warranty work done and the experience was great as usual. My service advisor, Jason Johnson, was very helpful and explained the details on the work being done very thoroughly. Of course there were no charges for the warranty items. I would not hesitate to take my car into Lithia Nissan for any services or repairs I need done.
