Zach is the best service advisor!
For the last year going into the quick service for a simple oil change has been a challenge. My second to last visit I was the only car in line and I watch for an hr and 15 minutes as the manager and service tech talked and laughed while I was waiting. I had a strong desire to check the oil filter and plug after getting home and the filter was so loose it was dripping oil.
