We interrupted them Ordering their lunch When we came to pick up the car, they were eating that lunch at the desk -kind of felt weird And uncomfortable for us!
Lance is great and I appreciate how I'm kept informed of the progress on the vehicle. I appreciate the drinks and snack provided, but the customer waiting area is still in need of updating the furniture (the chairs are worn and stained) and adding some ambiance. Other dealerships have nicer areas for their customers.
