No one informed me of what it requires for my service on my brand new Honda to be $0, plus I booked the appointment and he said it’ll be another 90 minutes. Took off work unpaid to get a free oil change so this was a waste of time to try and save money. Won’t be back even if their special requirements are met to make this free.
Friendly, personable service. I’ve always had excellent service with this department at Lithia Honda for several years.
In the past, I was treated with grim, unfriendly, almost question ignoring service dept. representatives, causing me to dread coming in for service. This time, the total opposite. Friendly, personable and gave an accurate timeline. Kudos to Nick.
I never receive anything but excellence from Lithia Honda. Their sales and service team are professional, competent and friendly. I don't trust having my vehicle serviced anywhere else. Keep up the great work!!!
