This was my first visit to the Lithia Missoula location. After checking in, Maureen followed up with me in the nice waiting area. She reviewed all that would be done during my Oil Change Maintenance visit. Also affirmed my Wiper Blades are covered for replacement, as well as having time to complete Transfer Case Software recall 24B39 for the Ford Transit. Went to get my truck serviced for an oil change. Waited over an hour and when I left and got home it appears they didn’t even do anything. My oil was so dirty it was black. My air filter was filthy and never changed. My windshield wiper fluid was empty. $200 and an hour of my life wasted at this “service”.

The worst experience I have ever had and probably will ever have with a service department, I have full warranty on my truck , I gave them the paper work that shows this when I dropped my truck off on July 19th. Got an email on July 22nd (it is now August 12th) quoting $11,000 worth of work. Including spark plug change when I just 2 weeks prior changed my plugs and coil packs no way they even looked at them, assuming they were just trying to tack on an extra 600$. My son is a school teacher in Eastern Montana. He was spending the summer in the Bitterroot with us and decided to get his sync system looked into while here as he has to constantly reset it. So starting in June they worked on his car. They had to order parts which is understandable, but they would never call him back, would not get the parts on the timeline he was being told.
