So I bought a lemon from these people. It has been nothing but issues since I bought it. They have done nothing but lie and misdiagnose this car from the beginning. The car had an airbag light on when I drove it and I asked about it because when I looked it up it said it is ILLEGAL to sell like that because it’s a safety issue. Salesman lied and said he didn’t know about it just for me to find out that it had in fact been returned for that reason. They kept it in shop for like ten days to fix that. The customer service is great, the stars are for them, but the mechanics are horrible. They had my car for 3 days, over charged me for something unrelated to why I brought it in and then wanted to replace a very expensive part without knowing for sure that was the problem. I took my car to another place and within a day they had figured out the problem, charged me 3x’s less and my car is now fixed and running beautifully. I will not be using this service department for any repairs again.
I dropped off and left my pickup for an oil change and it was ready before I thought it might be. Also some video of under the truck and a recommendation for my next visit. I was well taken care of. Thanks.
