We were traveling to our Thanksgiving destination when our truck broke down south of Bend in the evening. I immediately called Lithia and made arrangements for our vehicle to be there right when they opened the following morning. They had us diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in 3 hours. We had to sit there with our dog and everyone was so nice. They brought a water bowl out for her. What could've been a real nightmare ended up being not so bad.
Fast service, they do a great job and are very friendly!!!
