I purchased a truck from this place and it was a terrible experience. My sales person was Glen. He was very pushy even after saying I was going to buy the truck he was on the phone most the time and kept telling me if I don’t buy this second he will help someone else. I really wish he did. He had no answers to my questions and when it came to negotiations he just said no to everything I asked without even talking to his manager. ZERO STARS. I’m writing this in hopes that a manager finally sees it and steps up, because after nearly six months of being shuffled around and ignored, I’ve had enough. Back in May 2024, I received a letter from Ford about a recall on the moldings around my front windshield. The letter clearly stated that a representative would reach out, and I could bring my vehicle in to have the part replaced immediately. No one ever contacted me. Our car broke down 3 hours away from this location. This was the only location we could find with the part we needed. The guy who helped us get the part ( I wish I would have gotten his name) went above and beyond to help us out with the parts we needed. A younger lady gave us her number to call if we had questions and helped us out so much. They were polite, friendly and quick to help.
