Poor communication, poor service. I've found numerous scratches throughout my 2020 grand Cherokee... unnoticeable when purchased because it was evening. Inside and out. Everyone was super nice until the moment we signed paperwork and drove off the lot. 3 days later they told me the financing was denied and talked me in circles for 3 more days. Then I spent 4 hours on the phone with them, couldn’t get a word in edge wise. The general manger told me ‘it’s your vehicle, it’s not my problem’ when I was trying to understand how I could be denied for credit and yet be stuck with this vehicle. UPDATE- This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. After weeks of wondering when our previous car loan would be paid off, we found out that Lithia sent a check for tens of thousands of dollars to THE WRONG ADDRESS. Once they finally sent out a new payment, we had accrued interest on our car (at a very high rate) for over 8 days. I am leaving a one star review only because it goes towards the only person who gave great customer servic. in comparison with everyone else. I was so excited about getting a car here until they put me in with a financial advisor who kept trying to persuade me to buy a warranty on the car.
