Checking on a recall
I was met kind and courteously and dealt with promptly. My vehicle serviced in a timely manner building was kept wow with snacks and drinks and it seems that people are trained well and working as a well oiled machine together.
Was notified that my vehicle had a safety recall. Contacted Mike Maxwell, my service advisor, to schedule an appointment. He was able to accommodate me that week at a convenient time. The Service Department conducted the required inspection and test quickly and no further action was required. Easy to work with Mike and Lithia Jeep!

The staff was friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed on time. They answered all my questions and took great care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this service department and will definitely return for future maintenance.
