Good luck getting a live person in the service department—it can take numerous attempts (10-15 tries) or a 35-minute hold just to get an update on a vehicle. Communication was poor throughout the several days my vehicle was in their possession. My vehicle was returned with a code reader still plugged in and the brake fluid reservoir cap left off. That level of oversight raises serious concerns about the attention to detail and quality of the service performed.
I financed a used vehicle here about two months ago. Everything seemed fine until the DMV never received the title. After not receiving any information, I called and was redirected to an answering machine... about 7 times. Left multiple messages and never received a call back. Finally, I got in touch with my salesman who pushed it through to get me an extension on my temporary tags. I will never take my truck to this repair shop again. I brought in my 2024 ram, scheduled the 20k mile service package online. It gave a list of inspections and certain filter replacements, along with tire rotation and oil change. I had been notified before during an oil change that I should keep an eye on a leak that may be happening. I did notice that it kept happening.
