Worst service department and aftersales warranty coverage I have ever experienced! I have been completely let down in every aspect by Lithia Chrysler of Missoula. I purchased a 22 Ram (new) from them, I do really like the truck but trying to get any warranty work done or even a simple oil change from them is next to impossible. I purchased the lifetime oil change package from them and the extended warranty coverage. Great service and professional staff. They were short handed on staff which resulted in an hour extra wait but did their best!
Multiple calls. Nothing. Multiple messages. Nothing. Then they send a text to supposedly make it easier, sent my small thing about needing done. Ghosted. Ive dealt with Lithia in Helena and they were amazing. They even answer thier phones lol. Disappointed in Missoula location. They dont care, why should I? I'll look otherwise. Had my problem fixed for half the price in Hamilton. Win win.
