We worked with Justin in the service department for over 6 month with little progress on our vehicle we are fixing up. Within one day a shop down the road was able to fully diagnose our vehicle and deliver a quote. Don’t waste your time
This was not a 'service'. I bought this car for $5000 over the Kelly blue book value, added $1600 oil change for life package and a $2000 extended warranty on it. Walking out I have spent roughly $12,000 in cash. I had it no more than 24 hours and the transmission completely failed. I paid out of pocket ($168) to have my car towed back to the dealership. Best buying experience since it’s the first time I buy something solely on my own!!! It can be a scary thing when it’s your first time, but Brandon was such a cool, down to Earth, fun guy that it was actually fun & exciting; especially when I got to bang the GONG!!! A buddy of mine found a truck that had been listed online. The next day we made the drive from Kalispell to find out the truck was already sold. Looked at two similar trucks. Both were fairly dirty on the inside. One truck didn’t start and had to be jumped (which is understandable) so we looked at the truck next to it and the infotainment screen was entirely busted up and did not work at all. Salesman was very pushy and it felt like we were inconveniencing them. Worst dealership experience we’ve both had by far.
