I had to take my vehicle in twice because apparently they couldn't find anything wrong the first time. The second time (not even 2 weeks later) resulted in them "finding" the issue that's gonna cost me almost $2,000 to fix. ??? Staff was rude and dismissive.

I had a new motor put in my truck and had many issues with the walk-in service team. They just want folks in and out asap and the vehicles the same. I am sure they are fine with little repairs but really didn’t seem to know what they are talking about with major repairs and seemed to give me the runaround. The service department here at Lithia Dodge Missoula was in one simple word, amazing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I had an engine replaced by their service team and they went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. So nice and refreshing to work with a place who can understand a problem, not just with a vehicle, but the stress it has on your life, and then do everything in their power to help and make it a great experience!! I could not possibly recommend anymore!!
