Purchased a used vehicle from here. Tested the a/c on a day when it was 30 degrees outside thought it worked, but shortly after purchasing it realized that it didn't work. Sam Ellis sent me a text and was very rude in his communications, responding only with "Please respond with only a YES or NO" And it's rude to treat potential customers in such a way. We are not robots to be commanded to communicate according to your oddly specific ways. (Yes I know this was an automated message, but I did not want this communication, and have been getting periodic communication from this company since I purchased a car here about a decade ago).
